How do I set up a Brother HL2030 printer as a network printer?

It appears that the 2030 model has neither Wi-Fi nor LAN. You would need to use a print server, which we unfortunately no longer stock. The model name of the print server is: NC-2200w
It is possible to set up a print server using the USB port on the router. As this involves several steps, I recommend downloading the manual; under the ‘USB Print Server’ section, you’ll find step-by-step instructions. If that doesn’t help, unfortunately there is no other way to connect the printer to the network. In that case, I would recommend looking for a newer printer model instead.
