I am a UPC customer with the Connectbox. With the 4060 I miss the possibility to connect the telephone signal which was previously connected via a separate socket. How is this solved? I would like to change, but then also with telephony via the Fritz!Box (as before with the 7590).

There are only a few Fritzboxes that allow you to feed in an analogue telephone signal. I would even say that this possibility will decrease even more with future models. The possibility of getting an analogue signal directly from the provider is becoming less and less.

What about direct VOIP as an alternative to analogue? You switch the telephony to a VOIP provider and would in principle have an unlimited choice of Fritzboxes.
