Question about Synology DS923+

I am unsure which hard drive to choose for my Synology NAS. The plan is to use it mainly for Plex (Direct Play). The RAM has already been expanded to 32 GB and I am planning to buy a 2 TB M.2 SSD. The NAS will be set up in the office, so it is important that the noise level is as low as possible. Which hard drives can you recommend for this setup?

Helpful answer
I took 4 WD Red Pro (8Tb, 3.5", CMR) and I find them very noisy, probably because they're at 7200 RPM.

I have two Toshiba N300 10TB Bulk (HDWG11AUZSVA) and two older Western Digital Red Plus WD40EFPX internal hard drives 3.5" 4 TB Serial ATA III. They are not really loud. However, it is noticeable that the Toshiba drives run at around 39C and the Western Digital at 29C. I therefore assume that the Western Digital drives will probably last longer.
