I bought the Starlink Standard Kit at the beginning of September. Now I wanted to put it into operation in Bordeaux (France). I am stuck at the point No plan. When I enter the kit number, I get the message that the number is already taken. What can I do?

I would also recommend that you report your problem directly to Starlink customer service, they will certainly be able to help you.
