I have a Sunrise Freedom Relax subscription! If I would buy a Freedom share data option 2 SIM , could I surf with this device at home for 5sfr ? Would I not need a DSL subscription?

Yes. I did exactly the same thing. I inserted the second sim card into the aircard.
