I have a Sunrise Surf & Talk that can be used in a tablet or notebook. The SIM refuses to work in a router. Does the Surf & Talk work in such a USB dongle?

The modem works on the notebook. I have not tried it on a router.

I just tested with a Sunrise Prepaid Unlimited SIM, works fine. Also on 4G. Your SUnrise Surf & Talk SIM should also work.
By the way, the modem automatically switches from one provider to the other. It can be managed very well via the web interface. After the modem has been fully initialised after plugging it in (takes about 2 minutes), the modem can be accessed by entering 192.168.8.1 in the browser.
