I have an Unifi Dream Router at Home. which of the following switches would you recommend as better device in an UDR network: - this one, the USW-LITE 8Poe or - US 8 60 W Looking forward for advice

The two are not much different. US 8 60 W is made of metal, has a slightly higher switching capacity, but is 4 years older. Because the USW-LITE 8Poe is much newer, I decided on it in the summer. It runs without problems, can be administered centrally and you can assign individual ports to VLANs. However, only 4 ports are PoE and only when it is operated via a power supply unit.

I currently have the USW-8-60W and am considering switching to the USW-LITE-8-POE. Since it offers PoE+ and as soon as I connect an AP that needs PoE+, it doesn't work or I have to unplug the other AP that doesn't need PoE+. Depending on what you need it for.
