I have set up the device via the Shelby app, but the readings can only be read when my iPhone is connected to the same network. If I am connected via the mobile network or another wifi, the device shows as not connected. My aim is to monitor the temperature remotely in a specific room where there is a modem. Have I done something wrong with the configuration?
