I intend to use the device abroad in my holiday home because the internet connection via cable is very weak. My question: Can I connect other Wi-Fi repeaters to the device to distribute the Wi-Fi throughout the house?

It depends on what you mean by "coupling". For example, it is not possible to connect an existing LAN cable and then distribute this signal via WLAN.
But what would work is: You receive the Internet data (via the mobile SIM card used) in the Netgear AirCard 810 and distribute the signal via WLAN in this way. This WLAN signal can then be further distributed (or amplified) in the house with WLAN repeaters (virtually "in the air"). Whether and how well this works in terms of data throughput depends on your WLAN repeaters.
