Hello Benjho. Please check whether you have entered the correct APN identification of Three UK in the router (APN: three.co.uk). I had to check and adjust this on my phone when I switched from a Swisscom SIM to another provider.

Hi Benjiho. Does the router work at home or elsewhere? There are devices that can only receive 2.4 gh. Maybe the Huawei device is transmission auto. Set to 5 gh and your devices only receive at 2.4. Check this briefly.
