Question about Ubiquiti USG: UniFi Security Gateway

I would like to replace my Wingo Internet Box 2 with this USG and connect the TP-Link MC220L media converter in front of it, as it is a fibre optic Gigabit Ethernet. Now I have set up everything and tested it with the settings from Swisscom. (VLAN ID 10 and vendor class). An IP address is assigned to the USG from Wingo, but I cannot access the Internet. Does anyone have experience with Wingo settings or a tip for me? Many thanks in advance.

since i have no idea what your it knowledge is... i assume that the "swisscom side" has 192.168.x.x address range... have you configured the usg so that it is in a different network ip-wise? can you ping your default gw from the usg? there can be about 1000 things wrong somewhere.
