I would like to use the modem in continuous operation in my holiday flat. Are there any other options besides the relatively expensive charging station to connect the device permanently to the mains? I don't really need the battery function.

I ordered the AirCard and it runs perfectly well in continuous operation on the power supply. Both with and without the battery installed!

So an AC adapter is included in the scope of delivery, you don't necessarily need the charging station with antenna......
