Question about Synology DS1821+
...if I shut down the Synology DS1821+ and then press the switch on the power strip so that there is no more power on it and then switch on the switch on the power strips again, the Synology DS1821+ switches itself on again without me pressing the switch on the Synology DS1821+, What can this be?

Actually, Gschwinds has already answered your question. However, take another look at the input mask (Control Panel -> Hardware+Power -> Behaviour after power failure -> Automatically restart....): If WOL (Wakeup-on-Lan) is ticked, the function "Automatically restart...." is implicitly activated.
If you have your 1821+ behind a UPS and (quite normally) first the Syno and then the UPS is shut down, then for me the 1821+ does NOT start automatically after switching on the UPS, although both "Automatically restart..." and WOL are checked. In my opinion, this is also correct.
This should actually only be a setting issue. Under DSM 7.x it should be the following setting:
Control Panel --> Hardware + Power --> Behaviour after power failure --> Automatically restart when the problem has been solved.
