Question about Synology DS923+
I'm wavering between the Synology DS423+ and DS923+ for the main purpose of PLEX use. Most devices use direct play without transcoding, but 1-2 devices require transcoding. My understanding is that the DS423+ is better suited for transcoding, while the DS923+ is more powerful overall. Which of the two NAS devices would be better in my case, especially considering the transcoding requirements?

No issues with the DS923+ is powerfull enough like that with 1 or 2 transcoding and way more powerful and more option and evolution for the rest. I clearly don’t regret my purchase
