Is it possible to assign the internal IP addresses to the devices? Can ports be enabled and assigned to a specific device?

I have been able to connect Samsung Galaxy Tab s8 / s3 / s2 / s2 & Galaxy s4 effortlessly via wifi.
If this is what you mean by your question ? Sim card has to go to netgear and it only has sms apparently.
