i have a card in it and it determines my provider-... if you insert your own sim card abroad... then you can surf with it... unless you have a ch sim card which works abroad... then it is practical... you select your provider... you can select some things manually... but it would be good if you have the antenna on board... it helps a lot for the reception... especially in buildings etc...
