Is the 5 year extended guarantee (305.-) on the terms described in the guarantee extension document (Note) in the Download sections? If not, does the 5 year extended guarantee include batteries? Thanks!

No, it's not on the terms described in the document. After the two years of the manufacturer's guarantee you have to contact us directly if something happens and you have a guarantee extension. The extension doesn't include the batteries.
