It's a pity that these products never come with a CH mains cable.

Only one Schuko plug included, but digitec must supply a CH power cable or a converter plug: https://www.srf.ch/sendungen...

The digitec customer service usually supplies one of these without any problems, but it's a pain to have to keep asking.

I have almost given up on this. How often I have re-drilled because of a missing cable. I just ordered 10. I don't want to wait until they deliver 2-3 days later.

In the logistics it should be obvious whether a device has been packed for the CH or EU area. Actually, when ordering an EU device, a Swiss cable should automatically be included. However, if they procure their goods in different places, this can lead to confusion. They have to be careful here. Various Ubiquiti devices have different sockets (notebook plug & cold device plug).

I often order from a competitor in Mägenwil. I have never experienced the problem with wrong cables there.

Unfortunately, the wrong power cable is also included here and no adapter. Impudence.

Have you ever made a complaint to customer service?
It could be that no information is stored in Digitec's internal system and the logistics people don't even know that they have to include a cable when they put the order together.
