Question about Synology DS1621xs+
Just to confirm that 5 yrs warranty is taken care through Digitec, e.g. no need to send it for RMA to other authorized centers?
We do not have our own service centres, all warranty claims are handled by authorized service centres.
In many cases, however, the item comes to us and is then forwarded to the responsible office (happens with far-away service centres or even if it is sent directly to the manufacturer).
