My M1 does not work in Italy and France. I have a Swisscom Business plan Netgear with 2nd card. No problems in Switzerland. Abroad, the router recognises neither the app nor a data card from Vodafone, so the device is absolutely unusable. 2 years ago abroad zero problems now with Swisscom not usable outside Switzerland. According to Swisscom, everything is fine, changed SIM card again to be on the safe side. None of this helps.
