Question about ASUS Dual-Band WiFi Router RT-AX89X

Question. I have organised a 10Gib connection (Iway XGSPON) and module + cable. But the device does not recognise an uplink. According to the provider (Iway) I have to tag VLAN 10. Surely customers of Init7 should also do this (as they do not have their own fibre) but rent cable from Swisscom. Where do I make this adjustment? I have not found anything where I can tag VLAN on the SFP+ port.

The router cannot be operated directly on an XGS-PON port.
At iWay you can buy an XGS-PON bridge, behind which you can operate whatever you want, as long as the device can tag on the WAN VLAN.

This will not work like this. With Swisscom XGS-PON (incl. BBCS) connections, only routers certified by Swisscom can be used.
The ASUS RT-AX89X is definitely not one of them. The only certified router I know of is the Zyxel AX7501 B0.

I also had 0 problems, as far as I know the option is only available via WLAN. Have you already set the router to 10G SFP+ in the "Advanced settings" in the "Dual WAN" tab?

I didn't have to configure anything with Init7, but I also don't have "XGSPON" but "ETH". It's best to write to Asus support.
