Helpful answer
In my case, two separately purchased packages always came with a CH mains plug. Have you had other experiences?

I was not supplied with a CH plug either! Not only a pity, but rather annoying!

I didn't have a CH plug either...
Although the problem is known, nothing was done, which is a pity.

Now, years later, they still haven't got a grip on it :( I also received such a dull DE plug. It's just annoying because some people are used to installing and trying out the products they buy straight away. After a short phone call, a cable was sent without any problems. Let's see if it's a cheap 3rd supplier cable in black or the original in white. This is simply a no-go.

These must be isolated cases. In my case, a Swiss cable was sent along. Not an adapter, but the complete cable.

Unfortunately, I also only received the DE power plug. I must confess that the effort to ask is already too much for me. I think it's a shame that a company like Digitec can't manage to deliver a product bought in Switzerland with a cable that fits in Switzerland.

This fixed connector story is a cheap FLICK. Better to pay 20 CHF instead of such a patchwork.
