The router switches itself off after a few hours despite the fact that I have a camera permanently connected and the router is connected to the power supply. In the settings the timeout is deactivated, so it should not shut down. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we do not offer technical support, otherwise I would recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. If you suspect a defect, you can of course also register a service case via your customer account.
