Question about TP-Link TL-MR100

This device works fine. However, my internet connection is very slow. If I use my phone instead as a hotspot for the same network it is much faster. I have tried changing the position of the router, including putting it outside of the window. But it does not change significantly. Is it the 3G antenna of the router that is not good?

I cannot directly answer your question but share my experience. The device works reliably as specified, in my case using the 4G network. However, it does not support 4G+. My mobile phone antenna is about 2km away and the device achieves a consistent download speed of 25 to 35 Mbit/s, upload rates are between 5 and 15 Mbit/s.
