Is that a question or a statement? Regarding the CH power cable, I can't shake the feeling that they occasionally avoid including an adapter, which they really should ;-)
I have already contacted Digitec customer service for various products where this was the case and it was delivered free of charge. But yes... it should have been included right from the start.
