Question about Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-LITE

When I installed my last route I was able to plug it in without any problem and it worked. Now I have ordered the same one again and nothing happens. It says on the website that I need a special device to make it work (I haven't read anything about that in the description).

You are probably missing the UniFi Controller. It is available as a Cloud Key or Dream Machine with hardware, or you can run it on Windows, MaxOS, Linux or in a Docker container as software. In my case, it runs on a Synology NAS. With the UniFi Controller, you can control all UniFi devices centrally.
