When you finally deliver it!!! WARNING: Don't buy it, I've ordered 27.11.2020, haven't received it yet. Christmas present, just wrong year it looks like. When you say "In 10 days" this means that in 10 days you just say "sorry we didn't get it" ... next day again "in 10 days".
Exactly my experience as well. I didn't wait this long but have observed the constant postponement of delivery for a while. After I finally decided to place an order end of february, I also contacted customer service as recommended above and described my concern. Everything I was asking for was an honest reply regarding availability. Did not get it. I spent a lot of time (more than once) describing
why I do not trust the website delivery time and was always referred to it again. Felt like being made a fool of. Which is why Ms. Brülisauers official digitec answer is of no use at all. Don't contact customer service about this. They will not help. All I got eventually ist my money back and some sort of excuse.I will not order audioengine products via digitec anymore. There are plenty of other providers in Switzerland, which all are honest about not being able to tell, when audioengine will finally be able to deliver again.
