Ponal Express wood glue - waterproof wood glue for fast gluing. Ponal wood glue is the perfect choice for fast woodwork! The wood glue is not only waterproof, but also impresses with a very short setting time of approx. 5 minutes. It also has a high bonding strength and the wood glue is ready to use. The white glue is suitable for assembly, joint and surface gluing as well as for veneer and plastic edge gluing. The solvent-free adhesive can also be used for wood craft work. Any remaining glue residue can be easily removed with water.

Application:
1. do not use Express wood glue below 7 degrees. The open time is a maximum of 10 minutes at a room temperature of 20 degrees.
2. apply the wood glue to one side using a brush, plastic glue comb, hand glue roller or glue application machine. For hardwoods such as beech or oak, apply the wood glue to both sides. Caution: Do not bring Ponal Express into contact with ferrous tools (risk of discolouration).
3. pressing can be carried out cold or warm and with the usual tools, devices or presses. For simple gluing at 20°C with screw clamps, initial strength is achieved after just 5 minutes. The pressing times and temperatures are noted in the technical data sheet.
4 The heat-sealing process can be used if the wood glue has been applied to both sides. At a temperature of 70°C to 80°C, the dried Ponal film can be softened again and made to set.
