Solvent-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for high loads. The processing time is up to 90 minutes. The curing time and final strength are temperature-dependent. It sets after 12 hours at room temperature. The adhesive bond is impact-resistant, aging-resistant, and moisture-resistant. It is also available in a user-friendly dual-chamber syringe that allows for easy dosing of the two components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials: Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, hard PVC, rubber, and rigid foams like polystyrene. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, polyethylene, or polypropylene.

Processing/Application Instructions: The bonding surfaces must be dry and free from dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (equal lengths of threads). Apply adhesive on one side or on both sides for rough materials. Fit parts together without pressure. Working time (pot life): approximately 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature, setting firmly after about 12 to 24 hours at room temperature.
