4. Die Sprache der politischen Satire im deutschen Fernsehen
Politics and language are closely intertwined. Such a relationship between language and politics gives rise to the study of a distinct subfield of linguistics, namely political linguistics. Political language has its own peculiarities, which are addressed in this work. This study treats politics as a satirical object. Based on this hypothesis, political satirist Oliver Welke strips politics of its seriousness and thus the mask of authority. He goes beyond mere entertainment for the audience and conveys a political message. He breaks with the serious tone of political debate. The subject of this work is the exploration and analysis of verbal and nonverbal communication in the political cabaret 'Heute-Show', based on the linguistic and non-linguistic behavior of a large group of political actors and celebrities in German society, including Oliver Welke, Christian Ehring, Angela Merkel, Andrea Nahles, among others.

6. Energetische Optimierung eines realen Gebäudes
As part of this work, potential renovation measures for reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions of a real building were examined and evaluated. To achieve this goal, all building data (geometry, U-values, g-values of the windows, internal loads, etc.) were collected and analyzed using building physics calculation programs. Based on the resulting calculation model, several renovation variants were investigated regarding their building physics and economic impacts in comparison to the current state, using a variety of different building materials (ecological, renewable, or commonly used) and insulation thicknesses. The impact of photovoltaic systems and green roofs on energy consumption and CO2 emissions was also studied. The installation of photovoltaic systems led to a significant reduction in energy consumption for all examined renovation variants. Based on these results, the installation of photovoltaic systems on the studied building is highly recommended.

8. Herausforderungen der Wissensvermittlung auf einem virtuellen Kongress
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, many organizers were forced to move their congresses to a virtual format at short notice. However, with the redesign of the congresses, the organizers faced significant planning uncertainties, as it was unclear how long the industry would struggle with the COVID-19 restrictions and their consequences. Efficient and effective knowledge transfer is one of the core elements of a congress, which is why many requirements are placed on a venue that are difficult to implement virtually. As a result, the organizers encountered new organizational challenges in addition to the short notice. As part of the extensive theoretical foundation, a case study of the EANM'20 Virtual Congress was conducted, along with a quantitative and qualitative investigation. For this purpose, 1,346 participants of the congress were surveyed about their experiences using an online questionnaire. Additionally, problem-centered interviews were conducted with five organizers of the congress to shed light on the current situation from both sides.

9. Die Anzeigepflicht nach § 78 StPO
The present work discusses the scope and prerequisites of the reporting obligation of authorities and public agencies in cases of suspected criminal offenses within their legal jurisdiction according to the Code of Criminal Procedure. The focus is particularly on the application of the reporting obligation in local government. Furthermore, it examines potential criminal liability under the Criminal Code (abuse of office) if the individuals required to report fail to fulfill their obligation by neglecting to report a suspected criminal offense to the criminal police or the public prosecutor's office. The study highlights, among other things, that the reporting obligation requires a rather restrictive interpretation; it applies exclusively within the specific sovereign jurisdiction of the respective authority or public agency. Conversely, if a reporting obligation is established, the obligated entity can be held guilty of neglecting to report the abuse of office.

10. Lebenslanges lernen in der Pflege
Science and research are playing an increasingly important role in nursing. Digitalization enables this knowledge to be available promptly and everywhere. Insights are renewing almost every minute, which means that trainees must be equipped for lifelong learning. These challenges need to be addressed in nursing education and training and implemented in the curriculum to ensure the legal mandate of "providing care to those in need based on the latest scientific findings." Various studies have examined which teaching methods can effectively tackle these challenges. These findings are incorporated, and a pathway to a curriculum is outlined using an example. Practical experiences with the introduction of the learning field concept, as well as analyses of the learning effects of new learning forms such as PBL, project work, and many others, have been included. To capture the rapid growth of knowledge in the curriculum, a "learning" curriculum is presented and described with an example.
