The cap of your VacuGlide requires one of these silicone valves. It can be easily removed by holding a flathead screwdriver underneath and gently pushing it upwards. If you grab it with pliers or try to remove it without lifting it slightly at the edge, it will tear and need to be replaced. Each set includes two valves, so you'll always have a spare valve on hand when needed.
