Usage Instructions: The upper ring is slid over the erect penis and the sleeve is tightened securely. Then, you pull the second loop over the testicles and tighten the lower sleeve just enough to avoid pain and prevent the testicles from turning blue (tighten by feel - risk of vein congestion).
