Malesation Double Loop Grenade Single Black
- Pull the upper cuff down and hold the ribbed rings with two fingers, then pull the loops upwards.
- Insert the stiff penis through the loops and tighten the cuff just enough to avoid pain.
- If you feel too much pressure or if the penis swells and turns blue, simply pull the ribbed rings upwards on the left and right sides.
- Caution: Tighten the cuffs carefully to avoid pinching skin or hair.
