Hello everyone It seems that many smart home sensors are not particularly reliable. Does anyone know their way around and can recommend certain products? (Hue Bridge and Apple Home are available)

We need more Matter-over-Thread! Since the CSA at the latest, it has become clear that Matter-over-Thread is no longer a topic for the future, but the next logical step in the smart home sector. Many manufacturers have shown there that they are focussing on interoperable, local and cross-manufacturer solutions. As part of this, IKEA has also announced a new generation of Matter-compatible devices and is clearly focussing on Matter-over-Thread and the further development of its own ecosystem around Dirigera. IKEA in particular plays an important role here, as it can make Matter suitable for the masses. https://matter-smarthome.de/produkte... It is therefore all the more surprising that this new generation of appliances is currently not available from one of Europe's largest online shops. I have now bought the products directly from IKEA, which certainly has its advantages. Nevertheless, I usually like to buy smart home hardware from Digitec Galaxus, especially because of the wide selection, comparability and bundling of different manufacturers. If Matter is really to become the standard, it needs not only announcements at CES, but also broad and rapid availability in stores. It would therefore be highly desirable if the new IKEA Matter-over-Thread devices were added to the range in a timely manner.

I am looking for a thermometer/sensor for a mobile application where I can track the temperature remotely via my mobile. WLAN/LAN is therefore not available and a Bluetooth or radio connection is not sufficient. Ideally, the sensor should send the data via mobile phone (possibly with a SIM card). Who knows something like this?

Hello, I've been looking for a HomeKit compatible heat pump for my pool for some time. Does anyone know of one?

Hello, The search engine does not offer a functional filter, and there are 413 thermometers available on Galaxus. Has anyone seen a thermometer with an alarm function in the range? Our fridge has a faulty door and we would like to be warned when we close the door incorrectly and the temperature rises.

Good day. I am looking for a (waterproof) kitchen thermometer that allows you to set a target temperature so that you are alerted with a beep when the temperature is reached. Does anyone have any advice? Kind regards A. Kaufmann
