How to use it:
1. start by pouring water at room temperature into the boiler of the coffee maker and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level, otherwise the coffee could be too watery.

2. now select your favourite blend of ground coffee. Caution. The blend must have a special grind for moka, not too fine. Fill the funnel of the coffee machine generously without pressing the coffee.

3. a little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it's worth waiting a few minutes longer to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has fully risen into the collector, switch off the heat.

4 Now the crucial moment: the flavour. To enjoy all the flavours to the full, we recommend drinking the coffee immediately after pouring it into the cup.
