Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka pot, filling it up to the safety valve level. To avoid making your coffee too watery, do not fill it above this level.

Now choose your preferred coffee blend. Caution! The blend must be ground specifically for a Moka pot and should not be too fine. Generously fill the funnel of the Moka pot without pressing down the coffee.

A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it's worth waiting a few extra minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. Once the coffee has fully risen into the collection chamber, turn off the heat.

Now comes the crucial moment: tasting. To fully enjoy the released aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee immediately after pouring it into the cup.
