Weather Central for KNX - The Weather Central is used in combination with the weather sensor 8380 00, evaluates the sensor information, and transmits it to the KNX: - Wind speed - Outside temperature - Brightness in lux from all three brightness sensors, including the maximum brightness. - Precipitation (yes/no) - Up to 20 Weather Centrals can be connected to one weather sensor. - 10 sensor channels for wind, precipitation, temperature, and brightness. Within the sensor channels, logical AND/OR connections can be created to evaluate multiple sensor values together. - Evaluation delay for all sensors to ensure reliable functionality. - 8 sun protection channels for 8 facades with automatic sun protection function, including evaluation delay to ensure reliable sun protection operation. - 2 objects for external brightness sensors. - Predefined day-night object for switching between day/night operation, including separate activation/deactivation function via the communication object. - Communication object that informs about communication disturbances of the weather sensor with the Weather Central.
