By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from every coffee. Bianca has two separate stainless steel boilers, one for steam and hot water, the second for brewing water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability without the risk of the brewing water overheating and the possibility of brewing coffee and frothing milk or drawing hot water at the same time. The machine can now also be easily operated by less experienced users, as they do not need to pay particular attention to coffee preparation. You can choose between four automatic coffee brewing programmes. With the Lelit Bianca, you have all espresso brewing parameters under control. With the PID, the temperature for the espresso extraction can be set precisely to one degree. The manual water flow control gives you full control over the brewing process.
