The MSW IR-DRYER1000 infrared lamp has been designed for professional use in automotive workshops and paint shops, and can be used wherever quick and thorough drying of paints and coatings is required. With its independent 1100-watt spotlight, paints, dry resins, fillers, and two-component paints can dry quickly and optimally. This makes it easy and flexible to significantly reduce the drying time of your paints with this infrared lamp.

The infrared spotlight dries paints and coatings faster and more effectively than a conventional air dryer, as the radiation penetrates the material, drying it not only on the surface but also from the inside out. The short-wave infrared rays range from 780 nm to 1400 nm. The heat is not lost to the immediate surroundings but is concentrated and directly transferred to the work surface. With a control knob, you can program the drying time from 1 to 60 minutes. The spotlight reaches its maximum heating power very quickly, within 1 to 2 seconds. The temperature depends on the distance to the workpiece, reaching between 40 and 100 °C depending on the distance. For example, a distance of 40 cm from the work surface would result in a drying temperature of 75 °C.
