The Philips NanoCloud 5000 Series humidifier provides hygienic humidification of indoor air using evaporation technology. NanoCloud technology distributes invisible moisture, reduces the spread of bacteria, and prevents white limescale dust on furniture. Its disadvantage: humidification is somewhat slower than with some ultrasonic devices. Costs approx. 180 euros (RRP).

With loose contact: During testing, several evaporators only ran smoothly after repeated assembly and disassembly. Otherwise one of the best devices. It switches off automatically if the humidity is too high, is very energy-efficient and is the only one to score very well in the humidification test. App control possible.

With its HU5 710, Philips delivers an excellent vaporiser that combines top operating convenience, even without an app, with high performance and very low energy consumption. The compartment for flavoured oil is a nice extra.
