Is it a soft wood? I'm asking because I bought a slightly higher quality knife (Damascus) in Japan and don't want to break it. According to the pictures, it is head wood, but what does it look like in terms of hardness?

I ordered this board two days ago and it was more expensive. I don't understand why in two days the price has gone down so much and is now cheaper. I order from you very often and am a bit surprised by the process which makes me feel like I've been cheated.

After a day of use, the middle bar started to move up. It is now completely in the air (not like in the picture). The side legs are also not straight either. It might continue bending upwards. Can it be returned?

On my chopping board, the middle strip under the board is 3mm too short so that it hovers above the surface and the board ends up standing only on the strips on the left and right. Is this normal / intended?

How high is the whole thing? I am looking for something to increase the cutting area as our shelf is too low. Thanks ;)

Are the bowls included in the scope of delivery?

What are the external dimensions of the trays? And how many litres do the trays hold?

What kind of wood is it? As far as I can tell, it is not a native wood species but rather a "cheap" tropical wood. I can't quite understand why the type of wood is not specified for a product like this. If that were the case, these products would probably sell less well. How do customers or Galaxus see this problem? Any opinions?
