As with all MOBILE ALERTS modules, the barometer also transmits data to your smartphone, which you can access from anywhere using the MOBILE ALERTS app for iOS and Android. The gateway (base station) is responsible for data transmission. It is the heart of the MOBILE ALERTS system and is included in this set. This gateway serves as the link between your sensors and the sensor cloud, as well as your smartphone. Within the app, you not only have the option to read current measurements or past data from the history, but you can also view the trends graphically, export the data for analysis, and set alarms so that you receive a notification on your smartphone if the values exceed or fall below certain thresholds.
