Application examples:

• Open fist: Place the finger trainer in the palm of your hand so that the narrower end is between the thumb and index finger. Position your fingertips on the keys and press down evenly.
• Pinch grip: Place the thumb in the center of the ergonomic support surface. The finger to be trained is placed with the fingertip on one of the keys. Press the key down evenly.
• Closed fist: Position the narrower end of the Flex Trainer between the thumb and index finger. Place the middle joints of the fingers on the keys and press down evenly until the fist is closed.
• Fingertip flexion: Place all fingertips on the keys. Position the thumb tip in the center of the ergonomic handle. Press the keys down with curved fingertips.
