The Konus Spotting Scope Konuspot-50 15-40x50 is a basic straight-view spotting scope that is particularly useful for beginners. It is also suitable for children who enjoy looking through a spotting scope, as it can be used in the same position as binoculars. The Konuspot-50 is compact and lightweight, and thanks to its rubber housing, it feels comfortable in the hand. If you plan to observe for extended periods, it is advisable to use a tripod. A table stand is included, which you can place in front of a window to look outside.

Usage

After removing the protective caps from the eyepiece and objective lens, the Konuspot-50 15-40x50 is ready for immediate use. You can focus the image through the spotting scope by turning the focusing wheel. The eyepiece view allows you to sharpen the image. If you turn the eyepiece to the left, you will magnify the object, and it is necessary to refocus with the focusing wheel. At these magnifications, it may be beneficial to use a tripod for better observation of the subject. This spotting scope is equipped with a 1/4” internal thread tripod connection.

The included table stand can be mounted under the Konuspot-50 in the appropriate tripod socket. After that, you can detach the legs of the tripod, and the Konuspot-50 is ready for immediate use.

Digiscoping

It is possible to use the Konuspot-50 for digiscoping with your compact camera or smartphone. For this, you will need an optional adapter, which you can find in the accessories.
