The brand new Manta Mips is a helmet that defines the aesthetics of MET and its cutting-edge design. It is as sleek as the original but features a sharper look. The MET Manta Mips is more aerodynamic than its predecessor, thanks to a lowered, tubular rear section that was specifically developed in a wind tunnel.

With the streamlined MIPS-C2® impact protection system, the MET Manta Mips can slide relative to the head to redirect harmful rotational forces. MIPS is a brain protection system designed to add extra safety to the classic helmet construction in certain types of impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.

The Fidlock® magnetic buckle makes it easier and faster to close the helmet, effectively reducing transition times in triathlons.

Although it is primarily an aerodynamic helmet, the MET Manta MIPS is also well-ventilated. The internal channels are designed to guide airflow. The NACA ventilation, a trademark of MET, works synergistically with specially placed outlets to ensure a constant airflow within the helmet without creating turbulence and drag.

It features two compartments for storing sunglasses. In addition to its performance, the MET Manta Mips is also exceptionally comfortable. The 360° head strap ensures there are no pressure points on the head, and its inner shape is inspired by the renowned MET Trenta 3K Carbon.
