The brand new Manta Mips is a helmet that defines the aesthetics of MET and its cutting-edge design. It is as sleek as the original, but with a sharper look, it takes the lead. The MET Manta Mips is more aerodynamic than its predecessor, thanks to a lowered, tubular rear section that was specifically developed in the wind tunnel at the NEWTON lab in Milan.

With the streamlined MIPS-C2® impact protection system, the MET Manta Mips can slide relative to the head to redirect harmful rotational forces. MIPS is a brain protection system designed to add extra protection to the classic helmet construction in certain types of impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is secured inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.

The Fidlock® magnetic buckle makes it easier and quicker to fasten the helmet, effectively reducing transition times in triathlons.

Although primarily an aerodynamic helmet, the MET Manta MIPS is also well-ventilated. The internal channels are designed to guide airflow. The NACA ventilation, a hallmark of MET, works synergistically with strategically placed outlets to ensure a constant airflow within the helmet without creating turbulence and resistance.

It features two compartments for storing sunglasses. In addition to its performance, the MET Manta Mips is also exceptionally comfortable. The 360° head strap ensures there are no pressure points on the head, and its inner shape is inspired by the renowned MET Trenta 3K Carbon.
