The new Shimano Acera RD-T3000 has been completely redesigned and now follows in the footsteps of high-end component groups. Although it is developed for the entry-level segment, it benefits from top technology that has been continuously improved over the years. Key innovations of the Shimano Acera RD-T3000 include a clear separation into a new MTB group and targeted use for developed groups for trekking. It features a long cage and is made of aluminum. To enhance the durability of the 9-speed derailleur, Shadow technology provides better protection. Cassettes with up to 34 teeth can be used with this derailleur. Durability and stiffness are further increased by the Wide Link Design.
