Shimano has made a name for itself worldwide with the Deore XT group for high-quality mountain bike shifting systems. The new shift levers also impress with innovative technologies and numerous optimizations. These include Instant Release, Multi-Release, and 2-Way Release technologies. While Instant Release allows for quicker shifting, Multi-Release enables two gear shifts at once. You can shift across multiple gears in either direction using either the main lever or the secondary lever. With 2-Way Release, the derailleur adapts to your riding style, allowing you to release the cable by pushing with your thumb or pulling with your index finger.

Additionally, the advanced Vivid Index mechanism provides clear tactile feedback and improved precision. The levers are also available for classic clamp mounting and in two I-Spec variants. I-Spec II is an integrated mounting system for brake and shift levers. It uses only one clamp, resulting in approximately ten grams of weight savings. It can only be mounted on I-Spec II compatible brake levers!
