The StrechCordz with hand paddles: A different kind of swim training. The StrechCordz consists of a durable latex tube and hand paddles. Additionally, the pulling cord features secure connections to the plastic parts. Due to the high elasticity of the cords, the resistance does not increase as sharply during the pull. This makes the force curve ideally adapted to that of swimming.
