The StrechCordz with hand paddles: A different kind of swimming training. The StrechCordz consists of a durable latex tube and hand paddles. Additionally, the pull cord features secure connections to the plastic parts. Due to the high elasticity of the pull cords, the resistance does not increase as sharply during the pull. This makes the force curve ideally suited to that of swimming.
